Stronger Together

About Alloy Personal Training
Fairfax City

Alloy Personal Training has been refining one idea since 1992: adults get stronger, safer, and more capable with a professional coach in the room — not with another gym membership that goes unused by March.

Alloy Personal Training Fairfax City brings that system to Main St in the City of Fairfax. We're a small group personal training studio built for adults who want expert guidance and real accountability. Sessions are capped at six members and led start to finish by a coach who knows your name, your goals, and your history.

Every member trains on a program built for their own body. Before your first workout, we complete a functional movement assessment and an InBody body composition analysis, so your coach knows exactly where you're starting and can measure the progress you actually make.

Our members are mostly adults 40+. Some are getting back to exercise after years away; others have tried big-box gyms and classes that never stuck. What they share is the goal of training for life — strength for the decades ahead, not a six-week fix.

Training at Fairfax City is led by Director of Training Daniel Getchell and his coaching team. They coach every session personally, adjust every program as members progress, and celebrate every milestone.

At Alloy, we're not just helping people exercise. We're helping them build the strength to live life on their terms.

Our Mission

To help adults in Fairfax City build the strength, confidence, and independence to keep doing what they love — through professional coaching, individualized programming, and lasting relationships.

Who We Serve

Built for Adults Who Train for Life

Our ideal members are adults 40+ who know that staying healthy takes more than a gym membership — it takes a plan, and a coach who holds you to it.

Many are busy professionals, parents, or retirees in and around the City of Fairfax. Some are returning to exercise after years away; others have tried big-box gyms or fitness classes and couldn't make them stick.

They value professional guidance, accountability, and long-term health over quick fixes. Their goals: get stronger, move without aches, keep up with kids and grandkids, protect their independence — and enjoy the process alongside people training for the same reasons.
